DBT Skills Mentorship Program

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a therapy model that focuses on four main areas: distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.
Our master's-level clinical social work students are not able to provide Comprehensive DBT; however, they do have knowledge and experience in teaching and using DBT skills and would love to work with you to increase your ability to use coping skills and generalize them when you encounter new stressors.
Sessions are $30 per 90-minute group or 1:1 meeting.
Total time is 7 months (about 24 weeks), and payment for the full course can be made in advance (Total = $650).
