Seton Ennis, MSW, LCSW (she/her/hers) is a board certified clinical social worker.
Seton attended Rutgers University School of Social Work and obtained her MSW, with a
special focus on chronic health/health, in 2018. Professionally, Seton has experience
working with adults at outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and
inpatient levels of care.

Seton is fiercely passionate about fostering neuro-affirming environments in healthcare
and professional settings. Her work is driven by a commitment to recognizing and
respecting neurodivergence as a natural, valuable part of human diversity.

Seton utilizes a person-centered approach and particularly enjoys working alongside
adults navigating later-in-life diagnoses of ADHD/ASD/AuDHD, life transitions/stress,
depression & anxiety. In session, Seton will often say “I don’t have a cookie cutter
approach,” as no human is a textbook. She utilizes & adapts strategies from
evidence-based modalities, including:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Outside of session, Seton loves to explore the area & adventure, though she is more of
an “indoorsy” type and prefers to do so by way of a new coffee shop or gluten-free
bakery. Otherwise, she’s typically found crafting or spending time with her husband &
two dogs.
