Bridget's Story

I became a therapist because of my desire to help people feel understood through helping them make sense of how experiences influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I enjoy working with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills and build confidence to work toward your goals and create meaningful, lasting change.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive, recognizing how identity, relationships, and environment can impact our overall well-being.

Everyone deserves a space where they can be honest without fear of judgement. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize your strengths, and help you feel less alone.
