Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps people build skills to manage intense emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and stay grounded in the present moment.

DBT combines acceptance of yourself as you are with practical strategies for creating meaningful change.

Our master's-level clinical social work students are not able to provide Comprehensive DBT; however, they do have knowledge and experience in teaching and using DBT skills and would love to work with you to increase your ability to use coping skills and generalize them when you encounter new stressors.

Sessions are $30 per 90-minute group meeting.

Total time is 7 months (about 24 weeks), and payment can be made in advance for $650.
